We’re building software to accelerate funding the climate transition, starting with grants.
Today, we use LLMs to streamline grant writing for climate startups. We generate the first draft, saving 50+% of time from the application process, helping climate startups focus on their core technology and business.
Why does this matter? Deeptech startups typically raise dollar-to-dollar in grants as they do from venture capital (ie, a lot). Grants are non-dilutive and theoretically a great way to extend runway, however, they take critical time away from running a business. Long grants take weeks of work, where several key leaders are pulled away from typical operations to crank out 50 pages of text. Much of this can be streamlined.

We started building in March of 2023 and have a working product. We have a self-serve tool available for any climate company, and are actively co-designing our newest features with some of the largest deeptech climate startups, namely Windborne and Noya, Project Vesta and others.

<aside> 👋 Who are we… and how did we get here?
I (Helena) formerly built and sold a YC-backed videochat startup, and my co-founder Doug (CTO) led technical teams at a cloud data security company. We met early in 2022 via a Figma file while mapping out systemic causes of climate change. The goal was to identify bottlenecks hindering the deployment climate solutions.
After spending 10 months building in project financing and designing with principles of regenerative economics, we realized the faster way of making an impact would be to streamline existing workflows. We started working on Streamline first week of March.
We are venture backed by amazing funds like Pear VC and able to offer competitive compensation packages and benefits like healthcare and unlimited PTO.

You will wear many hats from user discovery to sales operations to partnerships — working on whatever is the limiting factor in growing the company. You’ll be joining as the 6th team member and help shape our story, both operationally and strategically.
We take a human-centric approach to building, are obsessed with our partners (customers), spending a lot of time on calls getting product feedback. A perfect fit will be someone who’s excited to speak with our partners at Vesta, Perennial, etc and get into the weeds of their climate solutions.
